"Yoga is a life-empowering system of wholeness and fitness, it is a journey of the body and mind, and it can fit into a wide range of personal and fitness goals." Omaira has been certified and teaching Yoga since 2009, at Gold's Gym (formerly The Rush). She received her 200 hours registered yoga training in 2014. She is a certified "Older Adult" Fitness Trainer. She specializes in teaching various styles of Yoga including Chair Yoga. Chair Yoga is beneficial for: seniors, people in wheel chairs, and others with physical limitations.
Private and Group sessions are available. Classes are for all levels of practitioners ... beginners to advance students are welcome!
Omaira speaks fluent Spanish and can teach in Spanish.
